Begin by preheating your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) to ensure it’s ready for cooking.
On a clean, lightly floured surface, gently roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle, aiming for a thickness of about 1/4 inch.
Evenly sprinkle the Italian seasoning and garlic powder across the surface of the dough.
Lay the sliced pepperoni in a single layer over the seasoned dough, followed by an even distribution of shredded mozzarella cheese. If you enjoy some spice, sprinkle the crushed red pepper flakes over the top.
Starting from one edge, carefully roll the dough tightly into a log shape, pinching the edges to seal it well, then slice the log into 1-inch thick pieces.
Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray to prevent sticking. Arrange the pepperoni rolls in the basket, ensuring there’s space between them.
Use a brush to lightly coat the tops of the rolls with olive oil before cooking.
Place the basket in the air fryer and air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Once cooked, carefully remove the rolls from the air fryer and allow them to cool for about a minute before serving.
Notes
Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping and garnish with fresh parsley.
