Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, ranch dressing, and buffalo sauce. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Gently fold in the shredded chicken and 3/4 cup of the shredded cheddar cheese. Optionally, fold in blue cheese crumbles.
Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and spread it out evenly. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbling and the cheese is golden brown.
Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve hot with celery sticks and tortilla chips for dipping.
