Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and a pinch of salt and black pepper. Stir thoroughly until all ingredients are well blended and the mixture is creamy.
On a clean, flat surface, unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into individual triangles along the perforated lines.
At the wide end of each crescent triangle, place about a generous tablespoon of the cheesy chicken mixture. Be careful not to overfill!
Starting from the wide end, carefully roll the dough over the filling, tucking the sides inward as you go, to securely seal the mixture inside.
Place the filled crescent rolls on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they are spaced apart to allow for expansion during baking.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crescent rolls are golden brown and have puffed up beautifully.
After baking, remove the rolls from the oven and allow them to cool for a few minutes. Before serving, garnish with freshly chopped parsley for a pop of color.
Notes
Serve warm with a dipping sauce like ranch or salsa for added appeal.
