Homemade McGriddle Bites
Delicious mini pancake bites filled with sausage and cheese, perfect for breakfast or snacks.

maple syrup

cooking spray or butter for greasing
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.
In a large mixing bowl, combine pancake mix, milk, egg, vanilla extract, and sugar. Stir until just combined.
Gently fold in the crumbled sausage and shredded cheddar cheese.
Fill each muffin cup about 3/4 of the way full with batter.
Drizzle a teaspoon of maple syrup into each filled muffin cup and swirl it into the batter.
Bake for approximately 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
Allow the bites to cool in the pan for a few minutes before removing them to a wire rack.
Enjoy the bites warm with additional maple syrup on the side.
Notes
Serve warm with extra maple syrup for dipping.
