Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine the honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and minced ginger. Whisk together until blended and set aside.
Heat the vegetable oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Season the sliced chicken strips with salt and black pepper.
Add the seasoned chicken strips to the hot skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through.
Pour the prepared honey garlic sauce over the chicken and stir gently to coat. Allow it to simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Add the broccoli florets to the skillet and stir-fry with the chicken and sauce for an additional 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
Remove the skillet from heat and transfer the chicken and broccoli mixture to a serving dish.
Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
For a striking presentation, serve on a large white platter and drizzle with remaining sauce.
