Preheat your oven according to the instructions for your pre-made pizza crust, typically to around 425°F (220°C).
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the crumbled breakfast sausage until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the sausage from the skillet and set aside, keeping the drippings in the pan.
In the same skillet, sprinkle the flour over the sausage drippings and stir to form a roux, cooking for 1-2 minutes until light golden. Gradually add the whole milk while whisking to eliminate lumps. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until thickened, then season with black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Incorporate the cooked sausage back into the gravy and mix well.
Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk with a pinch of salt. In a separate skillet, scramble the eggs over medium-low heat until just set.
Spread a layer of the sausage gravy over the pizza crust, then layer the scrambled eggs on top, followed by shredded cheddar cheese.
Transfer the pizza to the preheated oven and bake according to the crust package instructions or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown, about 10-15 minutes.
Allow the pizza to cool for 2-3 minutes before slicing. Sprinkle chopped fresh parsley on top before serving.
