Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare an 8x8 inch baking pan by lining it with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, blend the creamy almond butter and your choice of honey or maple syrup until smooth.
Incorporate the vanilla protein powder, coconut flour, sea salt, and baking soda into the almond butter mixture and stir until well combined.
Gradually add the almond milk, mixing until you reach a thick, dough-like consistency.
Gently fold in the mini chocolate chips and chopped nuts until evenly distributed.
Pour the batter into the lined baking pan and spread it evenly.
Bake for approximately 20-25 minutes until the edges are light golden brown and a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
Let the blondies cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Once cooled, cut into squares and enjoy their soft, gooey texture!
Notes
Serve on a decorative platter and sprinkle with extra chocolate chips and powdered sugar for a delightful presentation.
